At Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre, we can help you design the perfect venue, or combination of venues for your event. Our facility spans 14,000 square meters with flexible areas including a studio, an auditorium, several congress halls and a number of meeting rooms. With your own dedicated point of contact, we will ensure everything goes as planned, bringing your vision to life. Our 24 meeting spaces includes an auditorium, multipurpose areas, versatile conference halls and meeting rooms. With so much flexibility, there are endless possibilities to create the perfect event for you.

MAIN CONGRESS HALL & AUDITORIUM (A1-A4)

Spanning almost 2400 square meters on three levels, offering plenty of space and convenient sectioning solutions for walls and floors. In addition, high-quality technical solutions make almost anything possible

Suitable for: Keynote presentations, seminars, product launches, galas, trade shows, banquets, concerts, events

MULTIPURPOSE AREA (M1)

The multifunctional area is located next to the Auditorium and has removable walls, high ceilings and large windows with panoramic views over Stockholm.

 

Suitable for: Exhibitions, banquets, sports events, coffee breaks, receptions, lunches, dinners.

CONFERENCE HALLS (C1-C4)

A flexible area on the second floor of total 600 square meters that can be divided into 2, 3 or 4 sections. The walls towards the foyer can also be removed and open up for a perfect mingling surface or an exhibition area.

Suitable for: Large meetings, exhibitions, fairs, mingle, dinners.

CONFERENCE ROOMS (21–36)

We offer 10 flexible and functional conference rooms in different sizes that can be adapted to your needs. All rooms are available with a projector, wireless presentation clicker, Jabra conference speakerphone, USB hub, and adapters.

Suitable for: All types of small and medium-sized meetings.

VIP CONFERENCE ROOM

This conference room and lounge of 60 square meters is furnished in board seating. The room can also be used as a dressing room. It features a sofa group, a kitchenette, a private bathroom with shower, and exit to the main stage.

Suitable for: Board meetings and smaller meetings, lodge, changing room.

CONFERENCE ROOM 38

This room spans 100 square meters and has flexible solutions for a variety of settings. The room is equipped with a high-quality screen, Apple TV, wireless screen connectivity, Jabra conference speakerphone, wireless presentation clicker.

Suitable for: Meetings, conferences, mingle, and banquets.

WATERFRONT STUDIO

The studio offers technical solutions, professional video equipment, streaming services, on-site technicians and several cameras. We collaborate with Informationsteknik, a Swedish technology provider.

Suitable for: Hybrid events, digital meetings, live broadcasts, streaming.

BAR AREAS

There are two bar areas located on floor 4 and 5 that can be furnished based on your needs. Here guests can enjoy a magnificent view of Stockholm and Lake Mälaren.

 

Suitable for: Social events, parties, mingling, dinners.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM

Located in restaurant RBG Bar & Grill on entrance level, is this private meeting room for up to 12 persons. Easily combine your meeting with breakfast, lunch, coffee or dinner. The room has a 52-inch TV that can be used as a monitor for presentations.

Suitable for: Smaller meetings in privacy, breakfast or lunch meetings.
