Choosing a venue for your corporate event is an exciting part of the planning process, and we at Stockholm Waterfront are with you from initial idea to implementation. Whether it’s a corporate conference, a kick-off or an anniversary, the right venue sets the tone. It creates the right atmosphere for your event. We have flexible event venues in central Stockholm for up to 3,000 people. In our largest rooms, it is possible to set up a stage if you plan to have entertainment or a lecture. We have a unique corner bar on the fifth floor with panoramic views of the Riddarfjärden bay and City Hall, suitable for social events.

CATERING
At Stockholm Waterfront, we put all our experience, passion, and dedication into creating exquisite culinary moments. Here, you can throw a party and select just the food you want from à la carte menus and fast food to mingle food items and buffets. If you don’t know what to choose, we are happy to help you develop suggestions for party menus.
First-class ingredients, selected with the utmost care, are the basis for all the catering we prepare in our kitchen at Stockholm Waterfront. Our menus feature seasonal ingredients. For the sake of the environment, you can choose sustainable alternatives for your event.
AUDIO, VISUAL AND LIGHTNING
AV equipment is a prerequisite for many events, ranging from corporate events for 2,000 people to a kick-off for twenty.
We can offer adapted technical equipment for sound, lighting, and imaging. With, for example, sound systems, lighting, A/V solutions and stage equipment, we can support your event with ease. Thanks to our technological solutions, several spaces’ floor space can easily be transformed and changed based on any conceivable event needs.
In the largest room, the congress hall (Kongresshallen), walls and stage can be moved, divided, and raised. Innovative solutions for lighting, communication and A/V complement the modular floor space. One of our dedicated project managers will work with you to create the best solution for your event, with everything from new event technology to eye-catching stage sets and lighting.
