At Stockholm Waterfront, we constantly arrange meetings and events for up to 3,000 people – from discussing research results or listening to a lecture to attending a large congress.
Our largest venue is the congress hall (Kongresshallen), which features flexibility that is hard to beat. The room is spread over three floors and offers plenty of space with sectional solutions for walls and floors. In addition, Stockholm Waterfront offers multifunctional spaces, foyers, meeting rooms and high-quality technical solutions. All this is right in the centre of Stockholm.
FLEXIBLE SPACES FOR LARGE EVENTS
Versatile and flexible: The congress hall (Kongresshallen) is an auditorium with 3,000 seats in ascending rows. Some rows of seats can be easily removed to expand the presentation area or space for a large stage. The room has high ceilings and large windows that provide a unique panoramic view of the City Hall and the Riddarfjärden bay. Here, it is easy to hold conferences during the day followed by a party in the evening. The room is near the main entrance.
Equipped with modern lighting and sound technology, this venue is excellent for large-scale events, from congresses, annual company meetings and product presentations to corporate events, fairs, and concert events.
35 STEPS FROM THE CENTRAL STATION IN STOCKHOLM
Stockholm Waterfront is located in the middle of central Stockholm, with 14,000 sqm for meetings and events. Stockholm Central Station with metro, commuter trains, regional trains and Arlanda Express is just a few steps away. Adjacent to the convention centre is the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel with 414 hotel rooms, and nearby, there are about 2,800 additional hotel rooms at several three- to five-star hotels.
