The C2 hall on the ground floor is designed to accommodate up to 100 people. It allows flexible furnishing to suit your event. Whether it’s a conference, exhibition, product launch, banquet or mingle. Directly outside the premises is a bright and spacious foyer offering many catering options, mingling and smaller exhibitions. On the same floor, several smaller conference rooms are ideal as group rooms.

Standard equipment included: the hall has a projector 16:9 and screen, stage lighting, stage, active speakers, dimmable light and spotlights, sound mixer (included when a technician is booked), two microphones, and Wi-Fi.

The airy conference hall, located on the ground floor of Stockholm Waterfront, has high ceilings and superior acoustics. With over 580 sqm of floor space, it is a perfect place for conferences, lectures, product presentations, exhibitions, and dinners. The conference hall can be divided into two, three or four sections, has space for one stage and is equipped with modern technology. The furnishing is flexible and can accommodate up to 500 people in theatre seating. A bright and spacious foyer is directly outside the premises, suitable for coffee, small exhibitions, or mingling areas.

CONGRESS HALL & AUDITORIUM A1-A4

A vVERSATILE MEETING PLACE: With 3,000 seats, the congress hall (Kongresshallen) is the largest venue at Stockholm Waterfront. It extends over three floors with sections, stands arranged in ascending rows, and sectional solutions for walls and floors. Flexibility is the watchword: with a sliding lower section, some rows of seats can be easily removed to expand the floor space by an additional 1,200 sqm. To get a larger presentation area or make room for a large stage. You can even arrange a car show here.

With an impressive 15+ meters in ceiling height and large windows with fantastic views of the City Hall and The Riddarfjärden bay, the congress hall (Kongresshallen) is a unique meeting place in the middle of Stockholm. Ideal for large-scale events, from congresses and annual corporate meetings to product presentations, galas, concerts, and other cultural events. It is equipped with high-quality technical solutions for sound, lighting, and stage systems, operated by our technical team, with many years of experience.

The congress hall (Kongresshallen) is exceptionally adaptable and offers excellent flexibility. Consisting of several sections (A1-A4), creating different combinations to suit your event is possible. The spaces can be partitioned with the help of movable walls, making it easy to convert a large area into several smaller sections. Depending on your needs and the event’s purpose, we can create a versatile and functional venue that suits you.

Outside the Congress Hall is the bright and spacious multifunctional area M1. It has many uses and is suitable for coffee breaks, lunches, exhibitions, mingling, or registration. A movable wall between the premises can be opened, creating an even larger area ideal for trade fairs, sporting events, galas, and large banquets.

The venue is suitable for product presentations, annual meetings, fairs, gala dinners, congresses, and other events. The large windows make the room unique, with fantastic panoramic views of the Riddarfjärden bay and City Hall. Another great advantage is that the venue has high-quality technical solutions for sound, light – and stage systems to ensure your event is perfectly arranged.
